纤维素酶和丙二醇对产后奶牛血清蛋白和牛奶体细胞数的影响 被引量:3

Effects of Cellulase and Propylene Glycol on Serum Protein and Milk SCC and CFU in Postpartum Cows

摘要 本文旨在研究日粮中添加纤维素酶和丙二醇对产犊后奶牛健康相关血清生化指标、牛奶体细胞数及细菌菌落数的影响。试验选择24头处于围产前期的奶牛随机分成3组,设对照组(基础日粮)、试验A组(基础日粮+0.5%丙二醇制剂)和试验B组(基础日粮+0.1%纤维素酶制剂)。结果表明:在产后的第40和第60天,试验组牛奶体细胞数显著低于对照组(P<0.05),A组在第100天显著低于其余两组(P<0.05);在产后第40和60天,试验组A牛奶菌落数最低,且显著低于对照组和试验组B(P<0.05);产后奶牛血清总蛋白(TP)和白蛋白(ALB)组间未见显著差异,但在产后的第40和60天,对照组球蛋白(GLOB)显著高于试验A组(P<0.05);其白球比值则相反,显著低于试验A组(P<0.05);此外,在产后第20、40天,试验组A血清谷草转氨酶(AST)和碱性磷酸酶(ALP)活性也显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。综上,日粮中添加丙二醇制剂及纤维素酶制剂,可在一定程度上降低牛奶体细胞数、菌落数,改善产后奶牛免疫健康状态,且以添加0.5%丙二醇制剂的效果较好。 The objective of this study was to investigate the effects of cellulase and propylene glycol on the serum biochemistry index, and the milk SCC and CFU of cows after calving. A total of 24 perinatal cows were randomly divided into 3 groups with 8 cows per group. Three groups were, control group (basal diet), group A (basal diet +0.5% propylene glycol) and group B (basal diet +0.1% cellulase) , respectively. The results showed that, compared with the control group, milk SCC was significantly lower in group A and group B at 40 and 60 d (P〈0.05). At 100 d, the milk SCC of group A was significantly lower than those of other 2 groups (P〈0.05). Significant difference was found in milk CFU with the A group showing the lowest data at 40 and 60 d (P〈0.05). Furthermore, there were no significant differences in serum TP and ALB among groups (P〉0.05); but the serum GLOB of control group was significantly higher while A/G was significantly lower than those of group A at 40 and 60 d (P〈0.05). Additionally, the activities of serum enzymes AST and ALP in A group were lower than those in the control group at 20 and 40 d (P〈0.05). In conclusion, diets adding with cellulase and propylene glycol had certain regulatory effects on milk SCC and CFU by improving the body health condition, and the addition of 0.5% propylene glycol in diet showed a better effect.
