摘要
挥发性脂肪酸(VFA)作为瘤胃发酵的重要产物,在瘤胃上皮通过扩散、阴离子交换、VFA硝酸根离子以及电介导途径吸收转运,为反刍动物提供能量;同时作为化学刺激因素,具有促进细胞分化与增殖,增加瘤胃乳头表面积以及调节酶与激素及编码其蛋白的基因表达的作用。本文结合前人研究结果,总结VFA在瘤胃上皮的吸收转运途径,并对瘤胃上皮组织形态结构受VFA刺激发生的变化和瘤胃上皮细胞发育的相关基因及编码蛋白的调控作用进行综述,旨在为进一步研究瘤胃的营养调控提供理论基础。
Volatile fatty acids (VFA) are the important fermentation products of rumen which are absorbed and transported by diffusion, anion exchange, nitrate-sensitive transport pathway and electrogenic VFA transport to provide energy; and as chemical stimuli, VFA can promote cell differentiation and proliferation, increase the surface area of ruminal papillae, regulate enzyme activities and hormones and the expression of the genes and the encoded protein. Combined with results of previous studies, this article summarized the pathways of VFA absorption and transport in the ruminal epithelium, the changes of morphology of ruminal epithelial tissue stimulated by VFA, the relevant genes of ruminal epithelial cell development and the regulation of the encoded protein to provide a theoretical basis for further investigation of nutritional regulation of rumen.
