摘要
目的:研究观察钙黏蛋白-11在大鼠牙髓组织中的表达,探讨其与牙齿发育的关系。方法:用RT-PCR检测大鼠切牙牙髓组织钙黏蛋白-11 mRNA的表达,用免疫组化法检测其在牙髓组织中的分布。结果:RT-PCR显示在大鼠切牙牙髓组织有钙黏蛋白-11mRNA的表达。大鼠牙髓组织免疫组化染色可见钙黏蛋白-11广泛表达于牙髓细胞、成牙本质细胞的细胞浆和细胞膜;在根尖部牙髓细胞表现为弱阳性表达,往牙冠方向,表达增强,在牙髓冠方为强阳性表达。钙黏蛋白-11在成牙本质细胞为强阳性表达,比牙髓细胞表达强。在成釉细胞也可见表达。结论:钙黏蛋白-11在大鼠牙髓组织中选择性的表达,钙黏蛋白-11可能在牙齿发育中发挥重要的调控作用。
Objective:This study was designed to investigate the expression of cadherin-1 1 in rat dental pulp tissue and its relationship with tooth development.Methods:Cadherin-1 1 mRNA expression of rat incisor dental pulp tissue was detected by RT-PCR,and immunohistochemistry was used to detect its distribution in pulp tissue.Results:RT-PCR experiments demonstrated the expression of cadherin-1 1 mRNA in rat inci-sor pulp tissue.In the immunohistochemical staining of rat dental pulp tissue,cadherin-1 1 widely expressed in cytoplasm and membrane of pulp cells and odontoblast cells.Cadherin-1 1 was weakly positive in the api-cal pulp cell,but the stain enhanced in crown,and it was strongly positive in the pulp of crown.The ex-pression of cadherin-1 1 in odontoblasts was stronger than that in the dental pulp cell.We could also find it expressing in ameloblasts.Conclusion:The fact that Cadherin-1 1 expression is selectively observed during the development of the rat dental pulp suggests that Cadherin-1 1 may play an important role in odontogenesis.
