全脑血管造影术后患者尿NGAL、血肌酐及尿微量白蛋白变化的研究

摘要 目的:观察行全脑血管造影术(DSA)后患者尿中性粒细胞明胶酶相关脂质运载蛋白(NGAL)的变化,以及与血肌酐、尿微量白蛋白的变化关系。方法:对行全脑DSA的患者分别于术前、术后6,24,48h采集血液、尿液样本,分别进行NGAL、血肌酐、尿微量白蛋白检测。结果:患者术后6h的尿NGAL明显高于其它时间点(P<0.01);术后48h的血肌酐明显高于其它时间点(P<0.05);术后48h的尿微量白蛋白明显高于其它时间点(P<0.05)。尿NGAL与血肌酐、尿微量白蛋白呈正相关关系(r=0.574,r=0.623,均P=0.000)。结论:测定尿液中NGAL的变化可早期发现行全脑DSA后患者急性肾功能的异常。
