Smac蛋白与肺癌的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 肺癌是一种常见且病死率较高的呼吸系统恶性肿瘤,其主要治疗方法为化疗。但肺癌对化疗并不敏感,尤其是非小细胞肺癌。如何提高肺癌化疗敏感性成为亟待解决的问题。Smac蛋白是2000年新发现的一种促凋亡蛋白,由凋亡刺激物通过一系列因子作用于线粒体,触发 Smac 蛋白释放到细胞质,通过解除 IAPs对 caspases 的结合,引起 caspases 级联反应,达到促进细胞凋亡的目的[1]。Smac 蛋白的高表达可促进细胞对凋亡的敏感性以及对化疗药物诱导凋亡的敏感性,而低表达则提高细胞凋亡阈值[2]。本文就近年来 Smac蛋白与肺癌的研究进展综述如下。
