Domestic and International Rural Financial Repressions and the Solution Path

克服金融抑制,解决资金不足问题,是当前中国农村发展面临的重大课题。文章在比较澳大利亚、日本、印度和东南亚国家金融抑制产生原因、应对措施的基础上,首先从经济史角度剖析了中国近代金融抑制问题,然后从金融需求与供给角度入手,对农村金融抑制进行细分研究,深入分析了山西省农村金融抑制产生的原因。文章最后对破解金融抑制,支持农村可持续发展提出了针对性政策建议。

To overcome the financial repression and solve the problem of a lack of capital is a major issue faced by China in its rural development. Based on the comparison of financial inhibition causes and measures of Aus- tralia, Japan India and Southeast Asian nations, this paper first analyzes China＇s modem financial suppression from the perspective of economic history. Then the paper makes segmentation research on rural financial repres- sions and an in - depth analysis of the causes of the financial repression in rural Shanxi from the angle of finan- cial demand and supply. The paper concludes with specific policy recommendations on solving financial sup- oressions for the benefit of rural sustainable development.
