康复训练对低视力儿童视觉质量的影响

Effects of rehabilitation training on visual quality in children with low vision

目的:探讨视觉康复训练对低视力儿童视力和生活质量的影响。方法:对就读于广州市盲人学校的116名低视力儿童开展视觉康复训练,6个月后,观察患儿最佳矫正视力变化情况,并采用中文版低视力者生活质量量表(CLVQOL)评估患儿生活质量改善状况。结果:患儿经视觉康复训练后,视力较使用前均得到明显的提高(P<0.01);康复训练后的远视力、调节能力、读和精细工作、日常生活能力及生活质量总分均明显高于康复训练前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:视觉康复训练可以显著提高低视力儿童的视力,进而改善其生活质量,促进其身心健康发展。

Objective To explore the effects of visual rehabilitation training on vision and quality of life in children with low vi-sion.Methods 1 16 children with low vision were trained on visual rehabilitation in Guangzhou school for the blind.After 6 months, the best corrected visual acuity in children was observed.The Chinese-version low vision quality of life （CLVQOL）was used to eval-uate the quality of life before and after low vision rehabilitation training.Results The vision were all significantly improved by visual rehabilitation training （P＆lt;0. 01）.The distance vision,regulation ability,reading and fine work,ability of daily living and quality of life scores in rehabilitation training after were significantly higher than those before training,the differences were statistically significant （P＆lt;0. 01）.Conclusion The visual rehabilitation training could effectively improve children’s vision,improve children’s quality of life,and promote children’ s physical and mental development.
