循证护理干预在陈旧性肺结核并发咯血中的应用价值

Application value of evidence-based nursing in obsolete pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with hemoptysis

目的:探讨循证护理干预在陈旧性肺结核并发咯血中的应用价值。方法:选取肺结核合并咯血患者232例,采用随机数表法将其分为试验组与对照组各116例。其中对照组进行临床基础护理措施,试验组基于对照组进行循证护理干预,比较两组患者咯血频率、咯血量、生活质量、住院时间及临床转归。结果:干预7d后持续监测5d可见试验组生活质量评分明显高于对照组,单日咯血次数、咯血量明显少于对照组,并且试验组临床转归明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:循证护理干预应用于陈旧性肺结核并发咯血患者中可显著降低咯血频率与咯血量,减少住院时间,临床效果较为显著,具有临床应用及推广价值。

Objective To explore the application value of evidence-based nursing in obsolete pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with hemoptysis.Methods Selected 232 pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with hemoptysis patients who were treated in our hospital. Randomly divided them into the experimental group and the control group,the control group used clinical and basic nursing measures, the experimental group used evidence-based nursing intervention based on control group,compared two groups ’hemoptysis frequen-cy and quantity,quality of life,the time in hospital and clinical outcome.Results Monitoring 5 d visible test group’ s quality of life score was significantly higher than the control group after 7d of continued intervention,daily hemoptysis times and volum of test group were significantly less than the control group,and clinical outcome in test group was better than that of control group, （P〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion The application of evidence-based nursing on obsolete pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with hemoptysis can signifi-cantly reduce the frequency and amount of hemoptysi as well as the hospitalization time,its clinical effect is remarkable,and has clin-ical value of application and popularization.
