钢结构住宅以其高强、轻质、结构尺寸小、施工速度快、抗震性能好及工业化程度高等特点,在许多工业发达国家得到广泛应用。与传统结构住宅相比,钢结构住宅具有良好的抗震性能以及高效环保等明显优点。本文结合国内外钢结构住宅发展情况,从结构的安全性角度对比分析钢结构住宅与传统住宅,展望钢结构住宅的发展前景。

Steel structure housing with its high strength, light weight, the structure of small size, fast construction speed, good seismic performance and high industrialization degree, is widely applied in many developed countries. Compared with traditional structure housing, steel structure residence has obvious advantages such as good seismic performance and efficient environmental protection. Steel structure residential development situation at home and abroad, this paper, from the point of view of the safety of the structure analysis of the steel structure housing and traditional residence, outlook for steel structure housing development prospect.
