哈贝马斯的交往理论以批判性反思作为指导,强调主体在交往过程中平等对话,克服交往的障碍,以达成理解的目的,回到初始的生活世界。借鉴哈贝马斯的交往理论,为促进成人学习,应提升成人的批判性反思能力,促进师生间的民主对话,加强成人间的交流与合作,注重成人学习与生活世界的联系。

As a guide of critical reflection,Habermas＇ Communication Theory emphasizes that the main bodies need equal dialogue and to overcome communication barriers,in order to reach an mutual understanding and return to the original life world in the end.This sociological theory has the following enlightenments for guiding adult learning,ascending adults＇ critical reflection ability,promoting the democratic dialogue between teachers and adults,strengthening adults＇ communication and cooperation,paying attention to the relation between adult learning and life world.
