摘要
VOC排放问题引起政府的关注,以VOC为代表的特征和毒性污染物已经成为我国大气污染防治的重点。分析了涂料涂装行业VOC减排面临的形势,对比了世界各地区的环保(大气净化)法规,总结了降低VOC的技术措施,提出了削减涂料涂装行业VOC排放量的建议。
The problem of VOC emission has caused the attention of the government. Poisonous pollutants, representatively being VOC, have become the key object for our country to control. This paper analyzes the situation of VOC emission reduction in coatings application industry, and compares the regulations on environmental protection （especially air-cleaning） worldwide： also summarizes the methods for VOC emission reduction and proposes advices on VOC emission reduction in the industry.
