摘要 以智联招聘网中法务岗位为调查对象,将其招聘条件进行分解与归纳,重点分析法务主管/经理和法务专员/助理的学历教育、相关经验、知识要求、专业技术、能力素质、个性特点、资质证书、身体条件以及其他条件等要求,并在此基础上对在校生提出构建立体的知识体系、培养全面的法律技巧以及积累不同的实践经验等三点建议。 It is based on the Legal position in Zhaopin website as investigation object and then decomposed and summed up its recruitment conditions. Moreover, it analyses of the occupation quality requirements of being a Legal supervisor/manager or a Legal specialist/assistant, including the formal education, the relevant experience, the necessary knowledge and skills, the essential ability and qualities, the personality characteristics, the Qualification, the physical conditions and so on. Finally, on this basis, Giving three suggestions to the college students comprise the construction of three-dimensional system, the cultivation of the comprehensive legal skills and the accumulation of different practical experience.
