教育对缓解青年就业压力起着很大的作用,未来的行动计划主要包括重视职业教育和培训,为青年人提供技术性技能和一般技能培训;接受教育的同时,让青年人涉入工作领域;为青年人提供教育和就业途径的有效信息;给予辍学青年第二次学习机会,加强其基础技能。根据目前我国的实情,我国应做出如下努力:教育的各阶段注重培养学生的能力、加强高校与劳动力市场的联系、高校应提高教学质量和就业指导效果。

Education plays important rote in improving youth employment. The future action plans including attaching importance to vocational education and training to prepare youth technical and general skills, exposing to the world of work while still in the education system, providing good quality information to let the youth make well-informed choices about education and career pathways and providing the youth who dropped out a second chance option to strengthen their foundation skills. According to our country＇s situation, our country should pay attention to cultivate the students＇ competence at all stages of education, strengthen the contact of labor market and universities and improve the teaching quality and employment guidance.
