摘要
以MOOC理念梳理就业指导课程,结合MOOC中的"翻转式教学"理念,将MOOC与传统就业指导相结合,将教师"教"与学生"学"的主动性充分发挥,同时提出"PREST"教师工作法及将学习的"自组织"与"他组织"相结合的教学模式,以期为学生提供优质的、突破时间和空间限制的就业指导,增强指导的渗透性,提高就业指导的针对性和实效性,进一步完善就业指导的改革。
It cards the career guidance coursed based on MOOC, combines flipped classroom, integrates MOOC and the traditional career guidance, makes the most advantage of the teaching and learning, puts forward the ＂PREST＂ working method, also associates the self organized model and other organized model at the same time. So that we can provide the excellent career guidance breaking throng the time and space restriction, increase the osmosis of the guidance, and promote the pointed effective of the guidance.
