社会资本视角的西安大学生就业影响实证分析

The Empirical Analysis of The Influence Factors of Xi'an College Students' Employment From The Social Capital Perspective

摘要 以西安高校实际调查数据为依据,采用Logistic回归模型,实证分析社会资本对大学生就业的影响。结果表明社会资本,如沿海地区生源、父母工作单位在国家机关、父母为大专及大专以上学历、学校就业指导服务中心、性别等对大学生就业有一定的积极影响。其中,沿海地区生源和学校就业指导服务中心的影响非常显著。进而提出应从高校、家庭和大学生自身三个方面开发和利用社会资本来促进大学生就业。 In this paper, based on the actual investigation data of Xi 'an colleges and universities, using Logistic regression model, the empirical analysis on the impact of social capital on college students' employment. The results show that the social capital, such as native place in coastal areas, parents work in the state organs, parents for college or college degree or above, school career guidance service center, the male gender, have a positive influence on college students' employment. Among them, native place in coastal areas and school career guidance service center have a significant impact. And then, this paper puts forward that we should development and utilization social capital to promote university students' employment from three aspects: college, family and college students themselves.
