高校专业课教师参与大学生就业指导的效度分析及对策研究——以华北地区十所二本院校为例

Problem Analysis and Counter Measures on the Effectiveness of Professional Teachers' Role in Employment Guidance for College Students —— a Survey of 10 Local Colleges in the North China Region

从当前大学生接受就业指导的情况看,高校专业课教师在参与就业指导工作的重视程度不够,就业指导的内容偏窄,就业指导所采取的方式和途径也比较单一,用在就业指导方面的时间和精力较少。当前,大学生就业形势日趋严峻,加强对专业课教师参与就业指导的对策研究,对于实现大学生充分就业,提高就业质量,进一步做好大学生就业指导工作具有重要的意义。

Many Professional teachers don＇t pay as much attention to the employment guidance as they are expected to. The guidance they deliver is far from usage, and the process is quite distractive. It is very important for college teachers to effectively play their roles in employment guidance as the employment situation gets more serious with each passing year.
