新建本科院校高年级大学生职业规划调查与思考——以九江学院为例

Investigation of Career Planning Situation of Senior Students in Newly Founded Undergraduate Colleges- Taking Jiujiang University as an example

针对388名高年级大学生的职业生涯规划情况调查显示,当前新建本科院校高年级大学生的职业生涯规划和行动存在的问题包括:职业能力和职业兴趣比较模糊、对专业认知模糊并缺乏兴趣、职业准备和就业能力存在较大的不足、职业目标清晰度较低、对职业生涯规划态度淡漠,认识肤浅、职业生涯规划仅仅停留在"规划"的层面、缺乏必要的行动。针对上述典型问题,提出加强大学生职业测评指导、引导学生进行深度职业认知、滚动式职业生涯规划等针对性建议。

The survey of career planning situation of 388 senior students showed that the main problems of career planning and action in newly founded undergraduate colleges include the following aspects. First occupational competency and occupation interest of some students were fuzzy. Then their professional cognition was fuzzy and most students were lack of interest in their major. Third some students＇ preparation for their future career and employment ability were inadequate. Fourth some students took careless attitude and had only superficial understanding on career planning. Finally quite a lot of students were planning for planning but lack of the necessary action of their career planning. Aiming at the typical problems, some were put forward including strengthen the guidance of college students＇ occupation assessment, guide the student to carry on deep occupational cognition, developing rolling occupation career planning and so on.
