关于大学生自主创业素质养成的探讨

目前,我国大学生自主创业素质存在的问题主要表现在三个方面,分别是创业意识薄弱、创业品德缺失以及创业能力不强。对大学生自主创业素质培养的建议是:调整大学生自主创业素质培养模式与理念;建立大学生自主创业素质培养的长效机制;建设大学生自主创业素质培养的师资队伍;完善大学生自主创业素质培养的课程体系;营造大学生自主创业素质培养的环境氛围。

At present, the existing problems in the quality of undergraduates＇ self-employment are mainly in three aspects, that is, weak entrepreneurial awareness, lack of entrepreneurial morality and poor entrepreneurial ability. The suggestions for the quality cultivation of undergraduates＇ self-employment include： adjusting the mode and the idea of the quality cultivation of undergraduates＇ self-employment; establishing a long-term mechanism for the quality cultivation of undergraduates＇ self-employment; building the teaching staff for the quality cultivation of undergraduates＇ self-employment; improving the curriculum system of the quality cultivation of undergraduates＇ self-employment; creating a good atmosphere for the quality cultivation of undergraduates＇ selfemployment.
