摘要
大学生毕业离校后,因工作等关系就容易与学校失去联系,增大了学校收集毕业生信息的难度,导致相关资源流失,这是目前我国各高校面临的一个普遍的问题。为了切实给在校大学生以及毕业大学生提供服务,为社会输出适用人才,为学校培养人才提供有效信息,高校亟需建立起就业追踪的长效机制。针对当前高校毕业生就业追踪工作在实践中暴露出的诸多问题,应当狠抓毕业生信息收集、追踪、成果转化等各环节工作,建立高校毕业生就业追踪长效机制。
Chinese universities have being faced a common issue, which is when the students graduated, they lost their contacts with the college. This increases the difficulty of gathering information of the graduates, and hence there is an impact on the future development of the school.To provide a better service to the graduated or to be graduate students, and supply suitable talents for the society, and in addition gaining useful feedback information for school, colleges and universities both need to establish a long-term mechanism of employment tracking.There are many problems in current graduates' employment tracing process; hence we should pay close attention to information collection, tracking achievements and other aspects of the work, in order to establish a blameless long-term mechanism to track employment of college graduates.
