H大学硕士研究生就业质量与促进机制问题研究 被引量:3

A Study on Employment Quality of H University Master Graduatesand Employment Promotion Mechanism

摘要 在对相关文献进行整理和分析的基础上,从工作单位、工作条件、工作保障、工作前景和工作满意度五个方面设计就业质量调查问卷,选取H大学2013届初次签约的388名硕士毕业生为研究样本,利用SPSS19.0软件对数据进行分析。研究结果表明H大学硕士研究生就业求稳现象明显、专业不对口现象显著、所在单位的保障体制不完善、培训和晋升机制不够健全、工作满意度普遍不高。通过进一步分析该现象的原因,提出建立健全H大学研究生就业促进机制的具体举措。 On the basis of the collection and analysis about relevant literature, the questionnaire design of employment quality is introduced from work unit, working conditions, job security, job prospects and job satisfaction. The survey samples of this research are 388 Master graduates of 2013's H University for the first signing. This paper use SPSS19.0 software for data analysis. The results indicate that the phenomenon of looking for stable job is obvious, the phenomenon of non-professional counterparts is remarkable, the work unit's security system is not perfect, training and promotion mechanisms are unsound, and job satisfaction is generally not high. Through the analysis of the reasons for these phenomena, this paper put forward the specific measures of establishing and perfecting the H university graduate employment promotion mechanism.
