The poverty in modern people＇s spirits and faiths become a major problem that Heidegger concerns in his late period. Heidegger＇s cognition and thoughts about this age problem show the intrinsic relationship between Heidegger＇s proposition of ＂What poets should do＂ and the diversion of his later thoughts.
