钼对AA^+肉鸡生产性能、脂质代谢及抗氧化能力的影响 被引量:4

Effect of molybdenum on broiler performance,antioxidation capacity and serum lipid metabolism

摘要 200只1日龄AA+肉鸡,随机分为对照组,饮水中添加钼3mg/L组,6mg/L组,9mg/L组,12mg/L组,每组4个重复,采用自由饮水采食的方式饲养42d,并记录每天采食量及每周体质量。于试验14,28,42d,每个重复随机抽取2只鸡,进行心脏采血,分离血清用于血清中脂质代谢及抗氧化能力指标的测定。将每组鸡剖杀后,测量并记录腹部脂肪,屠体质量,半净膛质量,全净膛质量等。结果显示,与对照组相比,添加钼12mg/L组摄食量、料肉比降低,且差异显著(P<0.05),而对肉鸡的屠宰性能、脂质代谢的影响差异不显著(P>0.05),但对肉鸡血清抗氧化能力的影响差异显著(P<0.05)。这表明在饮水中添加12mg/L的钼,可提高肉鸡的生产性能,其作用机制可能是提高了肉鸡的抗氧化能力。 Two hundred 1-day-old AA+ broilers were randomly divided into control, 3 mg/L, 6 mg/L, 9 mg/L,12 mg/L molybdenum added in drinking water,each group with 4 repeats of 10 broilers each,and the feeding for 42 days,and recorded RDA and body weight every week. At 14th, 28th and 42nd day of the experimental,2 blood samples was taken from 2 chickens of each group for the determination of the antioxidation capacity and serum lipid metabolism. Whole body, the abdomi- nal fat,carcass weight, half-barrel net weight, barrel net weigh were randomly weighted from 5 chickens of each group for the calculation of the performance. The results showed that in 12 mg/L group, food consumption reduced and feed conversion ratio increased compared to the control group, and with significant difference(P 〈 0.05) ; the slaughter performance, lipid metabolism did not show a significant difference(P〉0.05), but with a difference in broiler serum antioxidation capacity(P〈0. 05 ). The 12 mg/L molybdenum added in drinking water improves production performance of broilers,it may be involved in increasing antioxidation capacity.
