摘要
高等级公路路基压实质量通常采用的事后抽检方法不能满足碾压过程中对压实质量的实时、连续监控的要求,且用有限的检测点去评估整个工作面的压实质量往往存在较大偏差。利用研制开发的路基压实效果实时监测装置,自动在线采集路基压实监测值(CV),进而在分析CV与路基弹性模量、压实度的相关性的基础上,建立以CV为变量的路基压实质量的评估模型,提出路基施工全工作面压实质量的快速评估方法,实现施工工作面任意位置处压实质量的估计及整个工作面压实质量合格率的分析。该方法可有效避免事后抽检方法的片面性和滞后性,为高等级公路路基压实质量的实时控制提供一条新的途径。
The conventional compaction quality inspection method for highway subgrade primarily relies on random site sampling after compaction, which may not meet the requirements of real-time and continuous quality monitoring during rolling. Moreover, using limited samples to represent the entire working area may often introduce large errors in the compaction quality. With the developed monitoring device for highway subgrade compaction quality, the compaction value (CV) of subgrade can be acquired timely. Basing on the correlation analysis between CV and the elastic modulus (or the compactness of the subgrade soil), a regression model of the compaction quality is established. Furthermore, a fast assessment method on the compaction quality of subgrade is proposed for the entire working area, so that the compaction quality at any location of the working area can be estimated and the qualification rate of the entire working area can be analyzed. Hence, the proposed method may overcome the shortage ( such as the insufficiency and the delay) of post sampling, thus providing a new way for real-time quality control of highway subgrade construction.
