薄膜用LLDPE树脂QLLF30的开发

摘要 与硅胶负载型催化剂(简称M催化剂)相比,浆液催化剂活性高、引发时间短、所制线型低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)细粉含量少且降低了三乙基铝的消耗。通过在装置上新增浆液催化剂加料系统,实现由M催化剂在线切换浆液催化剂。通过调整工艺参数,开发出了用浆液催化剂生产的LLDPE QLLF30,并与用M催化剂生产的LLDPE DFDA7042的性能进行了对比。结果表明:在保留了DFDA7042优良力学性能的同时,用QLLF30制备的薄膜光学性能有很大提高,雾度降低约20.6%,清晰度提高约9.6%。 Slurry catalysts exhibit such characteristics as higher activity, shorter initiation time, lower triethylaluminum consumption and linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) produced having lower fine content in comparison with silica gel support catalysts (abbr. M catalysts). Slurry catalysts replaced M catalysts by equipping new charging system of slurry catalysts having the function of switching from M catalysts to slurry catalysts on line. After process adjustments, new slurry catalyzed product LLDPE QLLF30 was developed. And the properties of the product were compared with those of LLDPE DFDA7042 which was produced by M catalysts. The results show that the mechanical properties of QLLF30 are almost as good as those of DFDA7042 and the optical properties of the film made of QLLF30 are improved greatly, including the decrease by 20.6% in haze and the increase by 9.6% in clarity.
