摘要
本文基于天津市中心城区某基坑实际工程监测资料,通过对基坑围护结构本身的位移、沉降监测及基坑周边建筑、道路、管线沉降、变形的监测,分析了该基坑开挖所引起的环境问题,包括地下水位下降、建筑物及道路沉降等问题,总结了支撑布置形式、土方开挖顺序、围护墙体渗漏、拆除支撑等方面对基坑周边环境造成的影响,得到了一些有益的结论。
Based on the monitoring data from certain deep foundation pit in Tianjin central urban area, and through the monitoring the displacement and settlement of the support structure, and the monitoring of the settlement and deformation of the surrounding buildings, roads and pipelines of the pit, the environmental influence of deep foundation pit on surroundings including the groundwater table descent and the building and road settlements are analyzed. The impacts of influencing environment such as the support arrangement form, the earthwork excavation sequence, the support structure leakage and the removing of the support are summarized, and some useful conclusions have been obtained.
