摘要 本文针对《中华人民共和国物权法》实施后房地产测绘共有建筑面积分摊与物权法精神不一致的问题,对目前共有建筑面积分摊的现状和存在问题、不分摊的利弊和可行性等方面进行分析研究,创新地提出了房地产测绘共有建筑面积不分摊制度和具体实施建议。 This paper focuses on the conflicts with the spirit of "Property Law of the People' s Republic of China" about common building area apportionment in the real estate surveying and mapping. An analytical study on the present situation and problems as well as the advantages and disadvantages and feasibility of common building area apportionment is taken. Some innovation recommendations and implementations are given for the common building area in the real estate surveying and mapping.
