摘要
针对专用机床的钻头在经过长时间的高速打孔后直径磨损严重,进而改变目标板的孔径大小,导致目标板的性能大大下降;与此同时在国内并没有一套低成本、高精度的钻头直径检测系统能够很好的解决这个问题。通过分析和总结了近几年来国外机床钻头直径检测的主要方法和研究成果,设计了一种基于复杂可编程逻辑器件的低成本、高精度的专用机床直径检测系统。
Aiming at drilling bit of special lathes has a low accuracy after long working and the quality dimension equipment of drill testing is backward relatively in domestic,analyze and summarize the related main direction and the research results in recent years,point out a high-efficiency and low-cost dimension equipment system based on complex programmable logic device for special lathes.
