摘要
采用流固耦合通过运用FLUENT+ANSYS Workbench两个软件联合仿真对高效精密磨床砂轮主轴深浅腔动静压轴承进行热变形及弹性变形的复合变形分析。结果表明,轴承径向最大热变形与轴承间隙处于同一数量级,轴承油膜压力对轴承所产生的弹性变形在一定程度上可补偿轴承的热变形,弹性变形不可忽略。
The composite deformation of the liquid hybrid bearing with deep-shallow cavity is calculated by using both the software of FLUENT and the software of ANSYS Workbench based on fluid-structure interaction analysis.Analysis results show that the bearing radial maximum thermal deformation and the values of bearing clearance are in the same order of magnitude.To a certain extent,the thermal deformation of the bearing can be reduced by the elastic deformation of the bearing,and the elastic deformation of the bearing can not be ignored.
