摘要 曲轴随动磨床是曲轴加工工艺链条中最核心的设备,而主轴系统直接决定着曲轴随动磨床的最终加工精度和效率。针对曲轴随动磨削的加工技术特点,提出一种曲轴磨床专用的高精度液体静压电主轴设计制造技术,可将主轴回转精度稳定控制在1μm以内,同时降低了曲轴随动磨床装备和曲轴制造的成本。 The crankshaft follow-up grinding machine is the essential equipment in the crankshaft processing chain,the spindle system directly determines the machining precision and efficiency of the crankshaft follow-up grinding machine.With the processing technology characteristics of follow-up grinding for the crankshaft,a high-precision hydrostatic motorized spindle,which is special for the crankshaft grinding machine,is designed and manufactured in the research,therefore,the rotation accuracy of the spindle can be controlled in less than one micron,and the manufacturing cost of crankshaft follow-up grinding machine and crankshaft is reduced.
