颗粒阻尼镗刀杆减振分析与试验研究 被引量:6

摘要 研究了中空镗刀杆填充颗粒形成阻尼后对镗刀杆减振效果的影响。对实心镗杆和中空镗杆的静刚度进行了理论计算;利用有限元软件对两种镗杆进行了模态分析,得出了各自的固有频率,中空镗杆固有频率相对实心镗杆固有频率大幅提高。对各种填充条件下的颗粒阻尼镗刀进行了阻尼比测试,并进行了镗削实验,比较了颗粒密度、粒径、填充率对减振效果的影响,发现了较优的填充颗粒参数,并指出了超细粉体复合颗粒阻尼减振的潜力。 The result of preventing vibration of boring bar with filling particles is analyzed.The static stiffness of the solid boring bar and hollow boring bar is calculated in theory.The characteristics of the models of two kinds of boring bar is analyzed by the finite element analysis and its natural frequency is got.The natural frequency of hollow boring bar has increased obviously comparing with solid boring bar.The damping ratio of boring bar with filling different particles is tested,and the particle damping boring tool is used to boring hole in the machine tool.The influence of density,dimension and filling ratio of particles on the damping effect is compared,then the better parameters of particles are found.And the potential to prevent vibration of composite particle damping of ultrafine powder is pointed out.
