摘要
针对TX1600G镗铣加工中心滑枕的挠度变形的问题,采用基于PMAC的数控系统对滑枕的挠度误差进行软件补偿。首先建立滑枕有限元模型,通过有限元分析得到其变形量;然后使用PMAC提供的一维位置补偿功能,建立了适合加工中心的挠度补偿,并设计了修改挠度补偿量的界面,通过修改补偿量界面,可根据具体情况修改补偿量,提高了数控系统的开放性;最后经试验台运行调试后证明,该方法可行,且操作简单、响应速度快。
To solve the deflection of ram of TX1600G boring-milling machining center,uses NC system based on PMAC to compensate the deflection error.Firstly,a finite element model of the ram is established,by the finite element analysis we obtaine its deformation; Secondly,using one-dimensional position compensation function provided by PMAC builds a proper deflection compensation for machining center,and designs a simple interface of modified deflection compensation,we can modify the amount of compensation at any time by it,it makes NC system more open then before; Finally,the debugging test running proves this method is feasible,and has the advantages of simple operation and fast response speed.
