竖直地埋管价值系数的计算方法及其应用

摘要 本文提出了一种用于竖直地埋管换热器的价值系数计算方法。针对某实际地源热泵工程,使用地埋管换热器价值系数计算方法对U型地埋管换热器设计方案进行了价值系数计算,并讨论了钻孔费用对设计方案价值系数和地埋管换热器U型管选型的影响。分析和计算表明,地埋管换热器的方案价值系数同钻孔设计深度和孔数有较大的联系。工程上人为设定钻孔深度和数目会影响到地埋管换热器的技术经济价值。在深的钻孔和好的传热条件下,采用双U管或大管径会改善地埋管换热器设计方案的经济性。 The present paper creatively proposes a novel Calculation method of value coefficient for the vertical Ground Heat Exchanger (GHE). Selecting a practical Ground Source Heat Pump (GSHP) project as the sample, the presented method is utilized to calculate the value coefficients and make selection analysis of different U-tube GHE design schemes. The influences of drilling price on the value coefficients and selection analysis of scheme are discussed. Analysis and calculation denote that, preset the depth and number of borehole from an engineering perspective have effect on the technical and economic value of GHE. Additionally, for the GHE possesses deep borehole and good heat transfer condition, adopting the double U-tube configuration and utilizing the buried pipe with large diameter can improve the economical efficiency of the GHE system.
