风箱进风口改造案例分析

摘要 对泵房送风机风量不足问题进行了现场测试和分析,发现风箱进风口设置的防沙百叶阻力大、进风面积不足,造成风箱进风量不足,导致风箱内的送风机出力下降,通过对防沙百叶改造,送风量达到要求。 Through the site test and analysis about the supply air is not enough issue for the supply fan of the pump house, it is found that the resistance of the sand trap louver set at the air box inlet is high and the inlet area of the sand trap louver is not enough. This make the air box inlet air is not enough and cause the supply fan capacity reduction. After the transformation for the sand tran louver, the suvDlied air reached to the reouirement.
