麻醉镇静深度对腹腔镜下宫颈癌手术患者术后认知的影响

Influence of Anesthesia Depth on Postoperative Cognition of Patients with Cervical Cancer

目的：探讨静吸复合麻醉镇静深度对腹腔镜下宫颈癌根治术患者术后认知功能的影响。方法将60例腹腔镜下宫颈癌根治术患者随机分为较浅静吸复合麻醉组（术中保持BIS值50～59，A组）和较深静吸复合麻醉组（术中保持BIS值40～49，B组），每组30例。记录患者术后苏醒情况及气管导管拔管后1，6，12和24 h的MMSE评分。结果较深静吸复合麻醉组（B组）和较浅静吸复合麻醉组（A 组）术后未出现并发症。较深静吸复合麻醉组（B组）与较浅静吸复合麻醉组（A 组）比较，手术时间、出血量等差异无统计学意义（P＞0．05），但B组术后苏醒时间明显延长（P＜0．05），认知水平恢复的时间明显延后。结论静吸复合麻醉对患者的认知功能有一定影响，且麻醉程度越深对其认知功能影响越大。

Objective To investigate the effect of combined intravenous and inhalation anesthesia depth on postoperative cognitive function of patients with cervical cancer treated with radical hysterectomy under laparoscope .Methods 60 cases of pa-tients with cervical cancer were randomly divided into low combined intravenous and inhalation anesthesia group （ BIS 50-59, group A）and deep combined intravenous and inhalation anesthesia （BIS 40-49,group B）,with 30 cases in each group.The time of awaking and mini-mental state examination（MMSE）was recorded 1,6,12 and 24 hours after extubation.Results The 2 groups had no postoperative complications .The operation time,bleeding volume in the 2 groups had no statistical difference （P〉0.05）, in the group B,the recovery time was prolonged（P〈0.05）,and recovery of cognition was delayed .Conclusion Cognitive func-tion is influenced by combined intravenous and inhalation anesthesia ,the influence is increased with anesthesia level .
