专业社会工作者职业认同的结构与分析——以北京市为例

Structure and Analysis of Professional Social Workers' Vocational Identity:a Case Study of Beijing

立足于国家中长期人才发展规划中对专业社会工作人才的需求,从职业认同的角度出发,运用量化分析方法,构建了专业社会工作者职业认同的四维结构,即职业价值观、职业情感、职业技能和职业期望。并在此基础上,通过深度访谈,探讨了职业认同4个维度的具体表征,提出社工群体职业发展应加大宣传,提升价值;定期交流,增进情感;加强训练,积累技能;明晰愿景,满足期望。

Based on the national long-term talent development plan in demand for professional social workers,the paper uses quantitative analysis method from the perspective of vocational identity and puts forward a four-dimension structure of professional social workers＇ vocational identity： vocational values,vocational emotions,vocational skills and vocational expectations. The paper also discusses symbols and opportunities of the vocational identity through indepth interviews,with some proposals for the long-term career development of this group： increasing publicity to enhance value,regularly communicating to enhance emotion,strengthening training to improve skills and clearing vision to meet expectations.
