摘要
随着高校科研管理机制从行政型向服务型转变,如何正确把握管理与服务的关系成为科研管理工作者面临的一道新的难题。引入风险管理理论对科研管理与服务的关系进行分析,找到二者间的平衡点,使科研管理人员在为科研人员提供优质服务的同时,做好科研项目的管理工作,切实提高高校科研管理服务的水平。
With the transformation of university scientific research management mechanism from the administrative model to a service-oriented model,how to correctly grasp the relationship between management and service becomes a new problem for the scientific research management personnel. This paper makes an analysis of the relationship between scientific management and service based on the risk management theory to figure out the balance point between them. It offers a new principle for scientific research managers in their daily work to provide high quality service for the researchers and professors as well as the research project management,which can help improve the university scientific research management and service indeed.
