发电厂凝汽器管板及水室防腐处理新技术的应用

Application of New Anti-corrosion Technology in Tube Plate and Condenser Water Chamber in Power Plant

针对凝汽器在运行过程中管板及水室发生腐蚀的情况,提出凝汽器管板及水室防腐处理新方法,分析了该方法的可行性,通过介绍该防腐处理新工艺的应用情况,可知锈转化剂和改良的环氧树脂可使凝汽器管板和水室的腐蚀情况大大降低,可提高凝汽器的安全运行寿命。

In view of a condenser tube plate and water cham- ber in the process of the operation occurrence corrosion, this paper puts forward the new anticorrosion treatment technol- ogy about condenser tube plate and water chamber,and ana- lyzes of the feasibility of the method. Through the new an- ticorrosion treatment technology application considers that the rust conversion agent and modified epoxy resin,corrosion of tube plate and the water chamber of the condenser is greatly reduced, improving the safety running life of con- denser.
