摘要
在比较不同炉水处理工艺的基础上,提出氢氧化钠处理更适用于300MW以上汽包锅炉的观点,分析氢氧化钠处理的工艺特性、指标控制、运行控制等,介绍该方法在2个典型电厂的应用情况和效果,认为汽包锅炉炉水的氢氧化钠化学处理可维持炉水pH值稳定性及缓冲性,减缓热力系统盐类沉积与腐蚀,但仍存在不能消除炉水中的硬度离子等问题。
Based on comparison with vary boiler water treat ment techniques,this paper advances the thought that sodi- um hydroxide treatment can use for 300 MW drum boiler, analyzes the characteristics, index control, operation control of treatment, introduces the application condition and effects, considers that the treatment method can the keep stability and bufferring of water pH,reduce the deposition and corro- sion of salt in heating system, but there are the problem not to eliminate the rigidity ion in boiler water.
