摘要
对神华河北国华沧东发电有限责任公司1号、2号机组热一次风道补偿器多次开裂破损问题进行分析,认为非金属补偿器性能不佳,不能完全吸收风道的热膨胀是补偿器开裂的根本原因,提出改用三维矩形金属补偿器的处理措施,并说明处理效果。
For the primary air duct compensator multiplecrack damage of Unit 1 and Unit 2 in Shenhua Hebei GuohuaCangdong Power Co., Ltd., this paper analyses causes, con-siders that the poor performance of non-metallic compensa-tor leading to absorbed air duct of thermal expansion incom-pletely is the main reason of the crack, puts forward thetreatment measure that three dimensional rectangular metalcompensator is used for the compensator, indicates the treat-ment effect.
