变电站地板做法对直埋式发热电缆散热的影响研究

摘要 介绍预制沟槽保温板式、混凝土填充式、水泥砂浆填充式3种地板的构造模型,结合发热电缆地面辐射采暖系统原理,采用有限元分析程序对3种地板做法的表面温度分布、地板表面向上散热量和向下热损失的变化规律进行数值模拟,分析其热工性能,提出预制沟槽保温板式发热电缆供暖地板做法无需混凝土填充层,可有效减小楼板垫层厚度,明显降低楼板荷载,无地板表面及构造层内龟裂变形,满足节约能耗的要求。 This paper introduces the prefabricated groove in-sulation plate, the concrete filling type and the cement mor-tar filling type three floor structure model type. Combinedwith the principle of heating cable floor radiant heating sys-tem, an analysis of the change regularity of surface tempera-ture,the floor surface heat upward and downward heat lossamount on the three floor of the program approach distribu-tion is simulated by the finite element analysis,analyzes thethermal performance, puts forward the prefabricated grooveinsulation plate type heating floor system does not need tomake concrete filled layer. It can effectively reduce the floorcushion thickness, significantly reduce the load of floor, nofloor surface and structural layer cracking deformation andmeet the demands of energy saving.
