Reform of Undergraduate Thesis on Agriculture Major with Enterprise Needs Orientation

针对毕业论文得不到重视的问题,提出并实施以企业技术需求为导向的农科专业毕业论文改革,通过对论文选题原则和程序、合作企业遴选方法、"双导师"合作指导机制和毕业论文考评等四方面进行改革,建立了毕业论文与就业"合二为一"的新体系。实践表明,以企业技术需求为导向的毕业论文改革取得了提高学生素质、推动学生就业、锻炼师资队伍、促进校企合作的效果。

According to the disregard of undergraduate thesis, reform of undergraduate thesis with enterprise needs orientation wasproposed and implemented. Through the reform of thesis topic selection principle and schedule, cooperation enterprises selectionmethods, double-tutor guidance mechanism and thesis evaluation method ,a new system of combining employment and undergraduatethesis was set up. From effects of the reform, undergraduate thesis with enterprise needs orientation can improve comprehensive qualityand employability of graduates, enhance faculty＇s ability and promote college-enterprise cooperation.
