基于循环模式的高校大学生资助体系重构

Reconstructing the College Students Subsidizing System based on Circulation Patterns

随着高等教育的日益发展,现行的高校大学生资助模式已经不能很好地满足大学生资助体系的良性循环以及资助育人的现实需求。通过对大学生资助体系中主要参与者政府(企业)、高校、学生三者的主要职责和功能进行分析,借鉴美国较为完善的资助体系,以稳定的循环模式重新构建我国大学生资助体系并对体系中各部分的功能重新定位,提升大学生资助体系的整体效应,保证体系的健康持续发展。

With the development of higher education,the existing college students subsidizing system faces lots of challenges and couldnot fully match the goals development. In order to tackle current problem, this study is based on the deep analysis, optimization andredefinition on the key roles of the three main participators in subsidizing system： government（enterprise）, colleges, students, mutualsubsidizing system of developed country such as USA is taken as a reference. Finally,a stable, efficient and constantly healthy cyclical-mode based reconstruction is made on existing subsidizing system by repositioning the role on current main participators.
