基于现代职业教育体系背景下高职院校校园文化建设探究

现代职业教育体系建设规划的出台,进一步明确了高职院校深化改革的目标和方向,也进一步厘清了高职院校校园文化建设的路径。针对高职院校校园文化存在内涵和功能不够清晰、建设和管理不够到位、内容和载体不够丰富的不足,改革创新的精神,建设系统性、开放性、创新性的高职院校校园文化,有效促进高职院校的人才培养。

With the creation of construction plan for modem vocational education system, the goals and direction of deepening reform in higher vocational colleges have been further clarified, and the path of construction of campus culture has also been further clarified. At present, the connotation and function of campus culture in higher vocational colleges are not clear, the construction and management are insufficient, and the content and the carrier are not enough, so we need innovation spirit to construct a systematic, open and creative campus culture to promote the talent training in higher vocational colleges effectively.
