政校行企"协同育人"是我国高职教育发展的必然选择。政府、高职院校、行业、企业"协同育人"有着内在的需求和动力,各自扮演着不同的角色。在政府制定的激励政策及各自的利益诉求被充分尊重和满足的条件下,可实现政校行企协同创新高职育人模式,共同服务于区域经济的发展。

Collaborative-innovation education mode of government, college, industry and enterprise is the inevitable choice for the development of higher vocational education in China. Collaborative-innovation education mode has the intrinsic demand power; each side plays the different role. On condition that the government incentive policies and their respective interests can be fully respected, the collaboration innovation education mode can be realized in higher vocational education, in the service of the development of regional economy.
