摘要
变电站引下光缆及电缆与套设在其外侧的保护管之间的封堵一直是困扰电力安全生产的技术难题,为了解决这一问题,文章介绍了目前普遍采用的封堵方法,指出当前方法存在的问题,最后提出设计研制一种封堵装置,即光缆电缆快速封堵器。结果表明,该封堵器整体密封性能高、寿命长、安装工艺简单、外观美观大方。尤其是加强型光缆电缆快速封堵器,结合了伞裙套,增强了绝缘性能,更加安全可靠。
To solve the technical problem of plugging the gap between substation connecting cables and the protective tube of them, the pros and cons of plugging methods are discussed and a plugging device called the fast optical cable and electric cable occluder is designed and developed.The occluder has the advantages including overall good sealing performance, long service life, simple installation and beautiful appearance. Especially reinforced cableoccluder, with umbrella skirts used, enhances the insulation property and its use is more secure and reliable.
