摘要
随着OPPC线路的逐渐推广应用,OPPC稳定的性能及独有的优势越来越得以显现,国内诸多厂家及电力用户开始把目光投向更高电压等级OPPC线路的应用。500 kV OPPC线路工作电压高,往往建设在地理位置较为偏僻的山区电厂的负荷中心,输电线路较长,线路的相间距离、对地距离以及绝缘子的长度都有严格的要求,同时,考虑到线路架设的地形、气象条件及施工便捷性,都对OPPC接头盒的性能提出了更多的要求和挑战。文章通过分析500 kV OPPC的接续特点及OPPC的光纤接续引出的要求,介绍了500 kV OPPC接头盒的研制与试验过程。
With the wide application of power line using optical phase conductor (OPPC), the stable performance and unique advantage of OPPC lead more and more domestic manufacturers and power users to put higher voltage OPPC power line into practice. The 500 kV OPPC power line is with high voltage, long distance, strict requirements on the distance between lines, the distance between ground and the length of the insulator. There is a challenge for the OPPC connector box due to the topography and meteorological conditions and the construction convenience. By analyzing the characteristics of 500 kV OPPC and the requirement of optical fiber splicing of OPPC, this paper introduces the process of development and test of OPPC connector box.
