安徽省各地市对外开放度与经济增长研究

Research on Opening Degree to the Outside World and Economic Growth of Every City in Anhui

通过外贸依存度、外资依存度、对外开放度等一系列指标体系及相关模型的建立,对2002年至2012年安徽省各地市的对外开放水平进行分析测算,所得的各地市对外开放特点同经济增长相关性的结论主要有:安徽省各地市对外开放度与当地经济增长有着强烈的相关性;南北部地市间的对外开放度呈现出"南高北低"的明显差异;安徽省在此10年中,对外开放度呈良好态势增长;省内经济的"包围圈"带动效应显著等。借助模型所得结论对安徽省现阶段各地市对外开放所存在的,诸如地区开放度不平衡、各地市应如何利用本地对外开放拉动经济增长等问题,给出了安徽中北部地区应发展特色产业,南部地区继续保持发展势头等相关建议。

Firstly,through building a series of index system, such as foreign trade dependence, foreign investment dependence and opening degree to the outside world, and correlation models, the paper calculates and analyzes every city＇s level of opening to the outside world from 2002 to 2012 in Anhui Province. The main findings include that there was significant correlation between the opening degree and the local economic growth; there were obvious differences in opening degree from the northern cities to the southern ones;the situation of opening degree in Anhui Province was better and better;and the driving effect of economic encirclement within the province was remarkable. Then, the paper discusses some existing problems, such as imbalanced opening degree,the approaches to taking advantage of opening degree to stimulate economic growth. Finally,the paper offers the suggestions that the middle and northern areas should develop specialty industry and the southern areas should continue their good development momentum.
