六措并举,推动就业由“数量型”向“质量型”转变——以安徽科技学院植物科学学院为例

Six Approaches to Promoting the University Graduates' Employment from Quantity to Quality

农科大学生就业率目前稳定在较高的水平,基本实现了"数量型"目标,但远没有达到高质量就业。实现"质量型"目标,通过"建一个库、实施两项工程、搭建三个平台","六措并举"积极推动就业由"数量型"向"质量型"转变,从而实现毕业生高质量就业。

At present, the employment rate of agricultural university graduates maintains at a higher level which has reached the goal of＂high quantity＂. However,the quality-oriented employment is not realized. This paper,taking College of Plant Science in Anhui Science and Technology University as an example,puts forward six measures to promote the university graduates＇ employment from quantity to quality by establishing a library, implementing two projects and building three platforms,which can help realize the goal of high employment quality finally.
