摘要
目的对四川某机械加工企业进行职业病危害现状评价,找出关键控制岗位和关键控制点,为制定卫生防护对策和措施提供基础数据和科学依据。方法采用职业卫生现场调查、职业卫生检测、检查表法等评价方法。结果根据职业卫生检测结果,找出了噪声、粉尘、化学毒物的关键控制点和关键控制岗位。其中,角钢手工冲孔工等11个岗位为噪声防护关键控制岗位,板材下料等4个区域为噪声防护的关键控制点;电焊工为电焊弧光防护的关键控制岗位;焊接车间电焊工等2个岗位为粉尘防护的关键控制岗位,电焊操作位和打磨操作位为粉尘防护的关键控制点;焊接车间电焊工为锰及其化合物的关键控制岗位。结论该用人单位工作场所的职业病危害分类为严重,应根据关键控制点和关键控制岗位进行工艺上的整改,并正确配备个体防护用品。
Objective To evaluate the occupational hazards in a machinery manufacturing enterprise in Sichuan,identify the key control posts and critical control points for formulating protective measures.Methods Field investigation,occupational health detection and checklist were comprehensively employed for evaluation.Results Key control posts and critical control points of noise,dust,chemical hazards were identified.There were 11 key control posts of noise protection,such as angle iron handworker and punching worker; there were 4 areas of critical control points,such as planet blanking area.Electric welder was the key control post of welding arc; 2 posts including electric welder in welding workshop were the key control post for dust and electric welding position and polishing position were the critical control points.Welder in welding workshop was the key control post for manganese and its compounds.Conclusion Occupational hazards in working site of this enterprise is classified as severity.Engineering process should be rectified and personal protective equipment appliances should be equipped properly.
