喷墨印刷中印品相对反差影响因素的研究 被引量:2

摘要 基于相对反差在印刷中的重要作用,本实验探讨了纸张性能及打印机伽马值(γ)对印品相对反差的影响,并建立了K与γ之间的数学模型。实验结果表明,在相同的印刷条件下,纸张白度和光泽度是影响喷墨印刷印品相对反差最主要的因素,纸张定量和厚度对相对反差影响不大。另外,γ对印品相对反差影响比较明显,在γ取值范围内,K随着γ的增大先缓慢增大后快速增加。本实验对于针对有特殊要求的原稿确定数字喷墨印刷输出的γ具有一定的指导意义,为得到有较好相对反差的喷墨印品提供理论依据。 The relative contrast value K plays an important role in the printing process. In this study, the two main factors affecting the printed matter relative contrast in inkjet printing, the paper properties and the gamma value, were discussed. Then a mathematical model between K and γ was set up. The experimental results showed that the whiteness and gloss of the paper have significant effect on the printed matter relative contrast, and the weight and thickness of the paper have little effect on the relative contrast under the same printing conditions. In additional, the gamma value has more obvious impact on printing contrast, and there are certain rules. It has certain guiding significance for the original digital with special requirements for determining γ, and provides a theoretical basis for getting printed matter with a better relative contrast.
